Resonant Bodies: “Intro to Butoh” Digital Workshop (August 2023)

This 12+ hour, two week course is designed to give students a basic introduction to Butoh Dance, the avante-garde expressive dance-theatre form which originated in Japan in the 1950’s. This course is a great fit for dancers, actors, and artists of all kinds who may be new to butoh or experienced butoh practitioners who want to learn in Jordan’s signature approach.

‘The Artful Token’ at Virginia Tech, Nov. 6-8, 13-15

“The Artful Token” i​s a contemporary commedia-style adaptation of Carlo Goldoni’s ​”La Vedova Scaltra​” (“The Artful Widow”) created by a team of nine Virginia Tech undergraduate actor-creators in collaboration with School of Performing Arts Teaching Fellow, Jordan Rosin, and guest artist, Fabio Motta.

Visions of A Crying Girl @ Dell'Arte – 2019/05/16 – 2019/05/26

After 8 intense weeks of rehearsal, research, and development, Cleo DeOrio and I are proud to present our MFA Thesis, an exploration of Clown and Melodrama entitled “Visions of A Crying Girl.” The show will play for four nights as part of the annual Thesis Festival at Dell’Arte, along with three other shows created and performed by the MFA Class of 2019.

“Citizens of Nowhere” at Teatro UNAM – 2019/02/12 (Mexico City, Mexico)

This week I’m excited to be performing Citizens of Nowhere at the Festival Internacional de Teatro Universitario (FITU) at Theatro UNAM with my MFA cohort from Dell’Arte International. We’re in the top 4 finalists for our category and are looking forward to competing in this prestigious international competition.
