Sunrise Yoga at ATHE 2019
On August 8, 2019 at the Association for Theatre in Higher Education Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida, I had the pleasure of leading a modified version of my signature Sunrise Yoga class as part of the All-Conference Warm-Up Series, sponsored by the Theatre Movement Educators focus group (ATME).
The class fuses elements of Alexander Technique with traditional Vinyasa yoga in a sequence that’s aimed to get you awake, energized, and ready for your day.
